What does the Death Card mean?
Many people are fearful of the Death card, I cannot emphasize enough that this card doesnt mean a physical death, if anything it is actually a positive card,
the Death card, just means transformation and simply closing an old door and opening up a new one. (Depending on surrounding cards on what this relates to)

Angel Cards An Angel card reading is the use of Angel oracle cards for a psychic connection with the Angels. Communication may come in the form of clairvoyance, clairsenience, claircognizance or clairaudience. The Cards are an easy way to talk with angels. There are no frightening cards as angels always speak from a place of love. Also crystals are used to amplify the Energy. A Ouija board is commonly used in divination and spiritualism The board usually has the letters of the alphabet inscribed on it, along with words such as 'yes,' 'no,' 'good-bye' and 'maybe.' A planchette, a small 3-legged device with a hole in the middle or a pointer of some sort, is manipulated by those using the board. However, users often feel the planchette is moving of its own accord rather than responding to their own unconscious muscle movements (ideomotor action). The users ask a "spirit" a question and the pointer slides until it stops over "yes" or "no" or a letter on the board. Sometimes the selections "spell out" an answer to a question asked.

Spirit Trumpets

Spirit trumpets, like the tin model shown here, were often present at seancess in the heyday of physical mediumship. Typically, the trumpet would "float" about the darkened room (sometimes luminous bands having been affixed to the trumpet so the effect could be visualized), and "spirit" voices would issue from it.

Table tipping is a form of communicating with spirits or ghosts made very popular during the spiritualist movement in the mid to late nineteenth century. Similar to the use of the Ouija board, several people must gather around a table and join hands in order to channel the energy of the spirits around them.

Gemstone balls and crystal spheres are used for healing, to emanate the energy of the stone, and in rituals. They contain protection, love and many other desirable energies. But they can also be used for scrying

Scrying is where something is used most often a reflective surface or something translucent to help perceive some psychic abilities.

Scrying takes many forms - the most common of which is the Crystal ball readings. But scrying simply means the ability to see and focus upon an object. It can be used in many ways, crystal balls, mirrors, bowls of water - in fact anything with a reflective surface.

Crystal ball readings have suffered form the fairground image of the Gypsy fortune teller - they have been reduced to a party piece or something for light entertainment but can be used for much more than that.

The crystal ball is a sacred tool and should be treated as one. It should be used by only one person and be placed in a special place of honour when not in use, and covered with black velvet cloth so the light doesn't reach it when it's not in use.It should have a name, it will usually tell you this as you work with it, and it should be called by that name. It should have limited handling by other people, and should be carried in a special bag or box when transported from one place to another.It should also be cleansed regularly. It's best to do it on a full moon, not only cause that's when the moon is at its peak of power, but cause its easy to remember when you last cleaned it completely. In a darkened room, sit quietly with the crystal in front of you. Allow for a low light source, so that the crystal is somewhat 'back lit" yet the rest of the room should remain dark. A candle works well. Next close your eyes, concentrate and ground yourself. Allow your third eye to activate and open.'See' those positive energies replacing the exhaled negative energies, visualize all the positive energies completely centering your body and your intuition and focus becoming the central points of your thoughts.Now open your eyes, and pick a spot on the ball you feel 'drawn' to. Focus on the spot and allow your eyes to fixate (like when your eyes get stuck looking at something but your mind (subconscious) is elsewhere) gazes past that spot. The crystal may begin to darken and smoke up. Allow this to happen, don't snap back to a conscious state, if you can help it. Don't worry if you do, fact is most of us do the first couple of times cause we are so excited its working. Snapping back to the conscious state makes you leave the trance like state and thus breaks the psychic connection. If this happens just re-enter the trance like state once more as best you can. Just go with the flow.

The object that you are using in Scrying enables you to focus and project imagery from within. It can enable you to see and identify things that you have been unable to create within your mind alone.

Scrying is a simple building block to mediumship type abilities - it acts as a catalyst and focus to your innate abilities and enables you to tune yourself in easier.

. A simple relaxation exercise

Sit in a candle lit room with whatever tool you want to choose. Close your eyes and concentrate upon your breathing. If you are capable of visualizing, picture yourself surrounded by white light.

Slowly allow your breathing to slow, each time you breathe in feel energy flowing into you each time you breathe out feel all your tension and worries flow away. As you do this you will feel yourself relax and your breathing will slow.

When you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and look upon the reflective surface turn or move the item until you have as few reflections as possible then allow your eyes to tune out - look through the item not at it!

Try not to stare or push things too much - allow things to happen slowly and be be prepared to try a few times before you get results. Even if you receive no images you will have relaxed yourself tremendously.
